Today I’ll show you this beautiful teal glitter polish by China Glaze.
Last year, just before the holidays, China Glaze released the Cheers collection. Twelve beautiful colors, each a variation on the traditional Christmas colors. Because of the diversity of the collection, it is also well suited to wear after the holidays. The collection ranges from subtle creams to hysterical glitter.
The Cheers collection consists of the following polishes:
- Better Not Pout
- Brand Sparkin’ New Year
- Coal Hands, Warm Heart
- Mix and Mingle
- Peppermint to Be
- I Soiree I Didn’t Do It
- Bring on the Bubbly
- Ugly Sweater Party
- Son of a Nutcracker
- Break the Ice
- Wine Down for What?
- Don’t Get Elfed Up
China Glaze I Soiree I Didn’t Do It is a beautiful teal polish that is packed with micro and hex glitter in various sizes. The smaller hex glitters have a holographic layer, they make this polish a very sparkling one. This color isn’t a specific holiday shade so you can wear it perfectly in Spring as well.
Below is a macro shot of the polish, here you can clearly see the different glitter in this polish.
China Glaze I Soiree I Didn’t Do It has a light green base color and can be used as a topcoat on another base color. I can also be worn completely opaque. For a glitter polish it is quite on the thin side. It has a good formula to work with the glitter spreads evenly over the nail so no need to apply it by dabbing. On the swatches I have applied one very thin layer over a white base color. To make it fully opaque you need 2 to 3 thin coats.
The China Glaze brushes are long and quite small. It´s a round brush that it cut of straight and of a good quality. You can work very precisely with it, even on a very small nail bed.
Despite the fact that it’s packed with glitter it does not dry to a coarse structure. You can make it completely smooth with 1 or 2 layers of a thicker topcoat.
The China Glaze polishes contain 14ml and cost $3,25. The price is very sharp when compared with the quality of the China Glaze polishes. You buy China Glaze I Soiree I Didn’t Do It at Nailsupplies.
